Company Overview
Live4 Physical Therapy & Wellness is a sports physical therapy business located in Acton, MA. We provide exclusively 1:1 physical therapy, wellness, and injury prevention services for our community of athletes and active individuals. Owners, Sarah and Dave Sherman, are sports physical therapists and certified athletic trainers who believe in providing truly client-centered, evidence-based care. We created Live4 to eliminate frustrations and barriers surrounding the physical therapy experience for both our clients and our staff. Live4 is an out-of-network provider, which allows us to provide transparent, preventative, and flexible care that meets the needs of our clients and staff.
Company History
Live4 Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded in 2021 and has been growing ever since! We have always been located in the West Acton Villageworks community in Acton, MA (about 45 minutes west of Boston) - a vibrant community of locally owned small businesses, including a coffee shop, brewery, yoga and barre studio, and more.
Live4 is a unique 1,500 sq. ft. open-concept facility. We believe in providing our staff and clients with the best equipment the industry has to offer. Therefore, Live4 utilizes quality high-low treatment tables and strength and conditioning equipment from Keiser, Rogue Fitness, Assault Fitness, and more. We provide unique treatment tools, such as dry needling and eccentric flywheel training, and will be expanding our services with blood flow restriction training in the near future.
