What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as a Senior Category Manager and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect materials with an annual spend of up to $200M. In this high-impact role, you'll drive cost-effective procurement, optimize supplier performance, and align sourcing strategies with business objectives. You'll develop and execute category strategies focused on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), lead cross-functional sourcing teams, and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include supplier performance management, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, and supporting global operations-including Acushnet (Titleist) Thailand LTD. What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Management or Supply Chain preferred
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years in Procurement, with focus on direct and indirect spend categories
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Expertise in sourcing direct and indirect materials, supplier management, and market dynamics
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel
• Skilled in data analysis using Excel

Pay Range: $82,205.00-$102,500.00
