What You Will Be Doing

Join our innovative team as a Process Technician, where you'll play a key role in advancing golf ball manufacturing through hands-on experimentation and data-driven insights. Under general supervision, you'll conduct trials, operate testing equipment, and analyze results to drive improvements in product quality and production efficiency. You'll lead independent process evaluations; coordinate pilot runs across manufacturing operations and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations. This role also involves determining appropriate testing protocols and may include training hourly associates. What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a STEM field strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing or 4 years of related experience in golf ball manufacturing
• Strong work ethic with consistent adherence to attendance and operational schedules
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to organizational policies, especially regarding Safety and Quality standards
• Effective communication skills with peers, team leaders, and managers
• Must meet all Health Services testing requirements for the position

Pay Range: $48,503.00-$59,963.00
