What You Will Be Doing
Join Our Team as a Planning & Inventory Control Manager
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Planning & Inventory Control Manager to lead operational planning and inventory strategy for our U.S. Travel Categories and support the global expansion of our Gear Travel Brands. In this pivotal role, you'll drive demand planning, lead U.S. S&OP meetings with senior leadership, and align cross-functional teams across sales, finance, and operations to deliver a unified demand and supply plan. You'll champion inventory excellence-ensuring availability, optimizing turns, and maintaining marketplace health-while managing procurement, supplier relationships, and system enhancements. What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain required; MBA and APICS certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including 3-5 years managing indirect categories.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and operational practices, with proven project management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and organizational strength.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with MRP/ERP/SAP systems; data analysis expertise preferred.
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated adaptability in dynamic environments and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of driving process improvements and creative solutions.
- Collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a focus on continuous development.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the golf industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $91,840.00-$116,850.00
