What You Will Be Doing

Join Our Team as a Production & Shipping Manager - Custom Ball Operations

We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Printing, Packaging Production, and Shipping for our Custom Ball Operations. In this pivotal role, you'll drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll manage labor and resources to meet shifting business demands, coach and develop teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration across shifts and departments. Your expertise in equipment, product knowledge, and cost control will be key to achieving operational excellence. What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management
• At least 2 years leading and coaching professional-level associates
• Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt)
• Required: Working knowledge of DMAIC or other structured problem-solving methodologies
• Strong communication skills - both verbal (large and small groups) and written

Pay Range: $127,510.00-$162,565.00
