What You Will Be Doing
Join Titleist in leading the Manchester Lane Performance Center-our premier destination for golf innovation and excellence. As the primary point of contact, you'll oversee a world-class equipment fitting team and collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Player Research to deliver best-in-industry partner education, training, and special events. You'll drive innovation in fitting operations, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure seamless coordination with IT, Facilities, Grounds, and Catering to create an exceptional guest experience. From hosting outdoor events to maintaining branding and supplies, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the Performance Center and inspiring change across the organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- PGA of America membership required
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the golf industry
- Proven ability to engage and serve premium clientele
- Golf ball fitting experience strongly preferred
- Hospitality industry experience valued
- Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and optimism
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new tools for efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability for evening and weekend events

Pay Range: $99,733.00-$126,998.00
