Physical Therapy Associates of Concord, celebrating 35 years of commitment to excellence in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, has initiated a search for talented physical therapists interested in practicing in a dynamic physical therapist-owned practice dedicated to evidence-based practice.
PTAoC has earned its reputation as the provider of sustainable solutions for complex orthopedic conditions through the combination of a strong team of orthopedic therapists, a dedicated consumer focus and as an engaged collaborator with both community providers and academic specialists.
Physical Therapy Associates of Concord is well positioned to engage in the new health reform environment as the physical therapy partners in ACOs, Medical Home and drivers in outcome-driven service delivery models.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
Profile of successful candidate:
Demonstrated superior manual skills or ability and desire to acquire
Facility for complex-problem solving.
Ability to work collaboratively
Excellent verbal communication skills
Desire to practice in a dynamic and challenging environment
A commitment to self-development and active membership in APTA.

The successful candidate is one that is dedicated to the advancement of their profession, appreciates working in a positive and professional environment and is interested in advancing their skills through mentorship by highly skilled advanced therapists who know how to achieve in the new environment of healthcare reform.

While the practice anticipates that the successful candidate will have 2-4 years of clinical experience, new graduates with exceptional skill sets will be considered for participation in an intensive mentorship program.
